    ● The main product we are doing is home fragrant products for life style like porcelain oil burner set, aroma porcelain gift set, incense and candle gift set, reed diffuser set, room spray, small / big aroma night lamp. All of those products are pertained to gifts which combined by several raw materials such as glass, plastic, wood, fragrance, dried flowers, fragrance, porcelain, ceramic, iron items and other accessories, which need to look for a eligible supplier, form supplier system and establish a long-term cooperation with good supplier.
    ● Development of US and European Market while maintain old customer:
    Asking for the client’s season’s Theme/Trend Board, passing this information to our design department to create renderings for client’s selection. To work the quotation and amend the renderings according to client’s Target price and then sampling and testing. It’s the most crucial requirements for customers to make sure the sample speed and appropriate. Meanwhile, it’s key for order and production to be in good quality and on time shipment. In recent 3years, our products sold widely in US and Europe and highly welcomed by consumer. The main US clients I am handling in past 3years are BBB, Restoration Hardware, Pier1, Cost Plus, Tommy Bahama, Smith Howken, Target, Z Galleria and Safeway, PB, Midwest, Saks from US and Colony, Bogie La Francies…from European. I was also assigned to develop the South East Asia market such as India, Dubai and domestically. After more than a half year of efforts, I had a fruitful achievements and received many orders from them.

    For maintaining clients, to be well know about products in accordance with client”s requirements and work proofs for mass production, to arrange mass production according to purchase order, to assist QA to monitor product quality and coordinate shipping colleagues for shipping arrangement.

    ● Experience to attend the Hong Kong Gift show to look for new customers. Well knowing the newly marketing information through the mature customers and other shows.

    ● Except sale dept., we have design department, HR department, lab and sample department, I have a very good rapport with all the colleagues from each dept..
    ● Because of excellent performance, I promoted as a team leader and leaded 4 sales .Report to the Merchandising Manager. Furthermore, When a new member join our team, I usually assigned to take in charge of training.
