    Function description 1. Develop the clients: In charge of operating the ALIBABA platform, make the sale plan which I am responsible for the region/customers, Filter the target customers through the market investigation, information search and so on.     2. Audit the contract to ensure that contract standards and maneuverability according to the auditing process, and then sign it;
    3. Receive the order: confirm the deposit and the samples to ensure the order process is standard and accurate, reduce the business risk, make the order and arrange the production;
    4. Pre-delivery preparation: track the product quality and the production information, feedback the information to the clients timely, do well the inspection and contact with the Forwarder, handles the custom and ensure the products can meet the national foreign trade procedure requirements and the clients’ requirements of the quality;
    5. Delivery: According to foreign trade’s regulations and requests, check shipping list, apply for the inspection, confirm the bill of lading act, guarantee the procedure is completed, and then inform the clients to settle exchange;
    6. Material filing-up and customer service: Sort out and file up every business’ documents. In order to check in the future, must ensure the documents and the certificates integrality. Do well the after-sale service and feedback the clients’ information to the related departments. Handle the clients’ complaints timely. Enhance the clients’ satisfaction and the market share.
