    - Sourcing the related factory with correct product catalog and correct target price for customer
    - Provide professional solution to the customer based on the issue found each time during the whole process of the furniture operation, from sample development stage all the way to the goods ready to being loaded for shipping
    - Being third party inspection team leader to supervise the inspection process for customer and update the daily issues into the quick base ( one of the on-line system ) to build up communication channel
    - Work out solution for specific issue with customer side and factory basis to minimize the cost effect
    - Forecast the possible issues may happen for each project running in the production line at early stage and discuss the options for it to minimize the effect later
    - Mainly running items are outdoor furniture, indoor furniture and wine coolers with wood part
     Evaluate tooling cost for component if required.
     Evaluate supplier BOM details to match customer target point
     Test Lab interface (MTL, BV) and third part inspection-RT sourcing.
     Maintain project records and prepare technical reports to show project progress as required.
     Organize update and communicate all product specifications, changes, testing requirements and sample review information into weekly Action item list.
     Travel to manufacturing facilities to work with factory on all products and processing issues.
     New Product Audits, Monitor pilot runs by using PE checklist, identifying areas for improvements and working with the factory to ensure such improvements are undertaken.
     Continue to train Product Engineer on sample reviewing, reporting, testing and quality monitoring to a level they can work autonomously.
     Aligning production schedules with the customer’s expectations.
     Participate in weekly production implementation meeting with Global sourcing team.
     Project management of project from implementation to launch.
     Interface with New York based Product Management Engineering Teams on Requirements status.
