    Function description
    Sintai Optical has been engaged in manufacturing and selling all kinds of optical component, DSC, DVD, printer, laser product and so on for nearly 30 years. I am mainly in charge of Euro-American Marketing and my good work performance qualified me to be promoted to Supervisor in March 2008.
    Main responsibilities & achievements:
    1. Develop market for new products, conduct market information collection, market analysis and market positioning, develop customers, work with project manager to work out development schedule and ensure the fulfillment of goal, arrange sample submission and follow up mass production. Successfully introduced a new developed laser product into Euro-American market, signed USD7.5 million worth of annual trade volume contracts with two customers.
    2. Maintain and extend businesses, set and meet sales goal in the defined fiscal year. Acquired two new projects from a customer in the beginning of 2008, which leaded to 200% growth in trade volume in 2008.
    3. Deal with RFQ & price negotiation, follow up orders, conduct cross-department communication and cooperation to ensure that customers receive right products at right time. The customers all spoke highly of my communication and coordination skills in annual customer’s satisfaction questionnaire.
    4. Find out and solve issues properly and timely, track payment status and remind customer for overdue payment.
    5. English translation (translate emails, documents and reports; interpret during meetings with foreign customers).
    6. Provide full support during customer visits, arrange and hold meetings.
